STRESS-BUSTER SNACK MIX

The perfect combo of sweet, salty and crunchy and adrenal-nourishing too!

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups plain organic, non-gmo popcorn

1 cup mixed raw, unsalted nuts

1/4 cup raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or raw cacao nibs

1/4 cup dried unsweetened tart cherries, diced

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients together and portion out into snack-sized bags,

making sure to get an even amount of all ingredients. Makes 4

servings (1 cup each).
