INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop PurePaleo Protein Powder (unsweetened or vanilla)
6 oz unsweetened plant-based milk
1 Tbsp nut butter
1 tsp MCT oil (optional)
3-inch piece banana (best if frozen)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt (optional)
Ice (if needed)
METHOD:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until combined. For extra nutrition, add 1 handful of greens (spinach, kale, etc.) Enjoy!
