ORANGE-CRANBERRY SAUCE

Not just for Thanksgiving!

INGREDIENTS:
1 12 oz. bag whole fresh cranberries
1 cup water or apple juice
2 clementines (zested, peeled and diced)
2/3 cup apricot jam (no sugar added)
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Chopped walnuts (optional)

METHOD:

Rinse and sort cranberries. Boil cranberries in water or juice, stirring once or twice until theY begin to pop. When ó the cranberries have popped and the sauce is thickened it is done. Take off the heat and stir in the clementines, zest, apricot jam, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts.
