You will really flip for this ultra-healthy dip!!! I love, love, love this high-fiber, antioxidant and alkaline-rich super yummy AND immune-boosting comfort food snack. Its delish anytime but best when warm.
INGREDIENTS:
1 baked organic sweet potato
1 heaping Tbsp almond butter
1 pinch Himalayan sea salt
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch turmeric
1 tsp ground flax seeds
METHOD:
Remove sweet potato from skin and place in small bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well until well combined. Use as a dip for cut up veggies.
