The key is to wake up to music that lures you out of bed (so maybe something a little upbeat but mellow) and then ramp that up to music that makes you want to dance. Game changer!! - Have your playlist locked and loaded and ready to go by your bedside
- Upon waking, hit play and let the music do it’s magic
- Dance your way through your normal morning routine (you won’t be able not too!)
- Switch up your playlist weekly to keep things fresh
