EXTREME WELLNESS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup fresh or frozen berries

½ banana (barely ripe)

1-2 handful greens or 1 scoop greens/reds powder: EssentiaGreens & Reds powder

1 scoop high-quality protein powder: Bone Broth Protein Powder or Plant Protein Meal

1 tsp flaxseed oil

1 tsp fiber: Fiber Prebiotic Complete

6-8 oz filtered water

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in blender.  Mix until rich and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.  If shake is not cold enough, add some ice and blend again.
