A “mock twist” on an old favorite with a vitamin c infusion
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 small lemon, juiced
1 slice orange
1 tsp honey
2 dashes orange bitters (I like Scrappy’s Bitters)
Ice
2 ounces ginger beer or ginger kombucha
GARNISH:
1 orange peel
3 cherries (Luxardo Cherries)
METHOD:
Muddle lemon juice, orange slice, honey and bitters in the bottom of a glass. Add ice and ginger beverage and stir. Garnish with orange peel and cherries.
