This “morning after” smoothie is chock full of health promoting antioxidants and nutrients designed to hydrate and detoxify you after a night of shenanigans!
Ingredients:
6 oz. pure water
1/2 ripe avocado
1 fistful organic baby kale or spinach
1 fistful organic parsley
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp flax oil
pinch of cayenne pepper
ice if needed
Method:
Blend for 1-2 minutes, adding extra water if needed. Bottoms up!
